Ko Phi Phi hotels & accommodations

We LOVED everything about this place. The staff was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. They spoke excellent English. They were warm and welcoming at check in and every time we walked past. There is an elevator also if needed which after all the hiking and adventures we went on, we were grateful for. The room had the best ac on the whole island and it blew out evenl...

My boyfriend and I went to Koh Phi Phi from Bangkok with no hotel arranged. Upon a recommendation from someone we met on the Ferry we booked the Princess for 3 nights. The rooms were very big and clean and the infinity pool is spectacular with a great view and very close to the beach. It is a mix of couples, families and solo travellers. It is close to the bars and nig...

This resort area was nice with lots of trees and plants around. It's right at the beach front, but there is no beach view from the rooms because there are restaurants blocking the view. You have a view from the restaurants though. There are lots of mosquitoes around, but not in the rooms. There is lots of construction going on, but it's not super noisy, and there is co...

+ : Amazing service - free pickup from the pier, shuttles to your rooms if asked, VERY nice and friendly staff. nice activities on the beach, good service at the beach bar, boat-trips service, scuba diving center (very good instructors!), fire shows at 9PM every night, free minibar in the room. AMAZING BEACH - the best beach in koh phi phi (and for us in whole thai...

This place exceeded expectations 100 fold. The room we were given was huge, at least 600 square feet complete with a small patio and glass encased standing shower. Bath robes were provided and the in room refrigerator mini bar had Chang stocked for just slightly above mainland prices. Wi-fi was fast and reliable, A/C unit worked to perfection and the shower deliver...

The pool is beautiful and is better than it looks in the photos. The standard room had great air conditioning. The location was perfect if you want to relax but also just a short walk from all the nightlife the island has to offer. But the reason why they are truly amazing was the service. Every staff member was incredibly nice and helpful, especially the manager at th...

This hotel has a great location, especially for those wanting to dive near Koh Phi Phi. There are approximately six dive shops within a three-minute walk from the lobby. We also found our garden wing room - one of the newer rooms in the back of the resort - to be very quiet and cool throughout the day. The linens were especially clean, the shower was hot, and had pl...

Our stay was wonderful! The resort is right on Long Beach, the best beach on Phi Phi Don, and directly faces Phi Phi Lay. Breakfast was excellent with a magnificent view. The 20 minute walk to town is over rocks and hills, so it's not for everyone, but we enjoyed it. This distance keeps Long Beach relatively secluded and very quiet, so we were pleased. Hire a "tax...

This place was by far the best place I've stayed at. Went there with my GF and make sure you ask for the sea view room. At a place like this, you will regret it since its so beautiful with big windows all throughout the walls. Breakfast buffet is amazing and the staff is so kind. Wifi is fast as well. You have your own private beach literally less than 50 meters away a...

This hotel saves us after the hotel we were originally supposed to be staying at turned out to be nothing like it was advertised! They accommodated us very last minute and we were very impressed at the quality of the hotel and facilities. The pool was really lovely and the hotel is situated right on the beach. It is also only a 5 minute walk from the main pier. The ro...

We searched for quite a while for a place to stay in Phi Phi, when we booked this place we still weren't sure we made the right choice but after checking-in and staying there, we know we made the best choice. We were pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Phi Phi. Pros -Saftey deposit box -Very clean -They give you room towel...

Very nice, helpfull, profesionall staff. Amazing view on the bay, settled on top hill on the best Long beach in Koh Phi Phi. Bungalows, accomodations, equipment is the best. Breakfast perfect with service. The stairs up and down twice a day is ok. Firstly we stayed only for 3 nights, after we extended our stay next 5 nights. Really very nice, kind and polite people th...

I have only good things to say about this resort. The staff is very nice and helpful and they did their best to please us. We received for free, from their side, the breakfast and one taxi transport to Tonsai (the harbour in Koh Phi Phi Don). Besides they have really good prices for private tours. The bungalows are clean, well equiped, quiet and spacious. The beach is ...

We booked through agoda just a few days before so we didnt have many options on our room as the resort was full. We could only book one day but staff was nice enough to let us stay extra nights as they saved our room for us the next day! All the staffs were nice with good sense of humour. The breakfast was great with sea view. One of the most comfy bed I have experienc...

The staff will meet you at the Ferry to help transport your luggage to the hotel. This is a complimentary service, but our help was extremely thankful for his tip. The majority of the hotels and hostels on Phi Phi are on the other side of the island, on the "town" side, where it can get a little crazy. This side is quite and great for anyone looking for a bit of a roma...

This resort is in an amazing location! Close enough to the action if you want to party and quiet enough if you want to stay in and relax. Phi Phi has a very chilled out atmosphere and that's how the resort feels. Breakfast was a pretty standard buffet you find in all resorts. Only this I can really fault them on is giving us the list of fines (I think this was mention...

Sadly koh phi phi has changed into party island for young. But its still lovely place, and good facilities to support family needs. You can make what you want of phi phi, enjoy the beach life or party hard, something for everyone ☺ The Ibiza Hotel has 2 swimming pools, 1 set back ideal for families and front pool is where the 2-3times week pool parties are held. All g...

You know what you imagine when you think about the Thai Islands? Phi Phi Relax Resort fulfills that image to a tee. Tucked away on the other side of the island (far away from the tourist hell of Ton Sai), Phi Phi Relax completely lives up to its name. We booked a Garden Bungalow, which was fine, but I'd recommend booking one of the bungalows with a sea view or at l...

This resort is located in Laemtong Bay, which is on the other end of Koh Phi Phi. You will have to longtail it to Tonsai Pier if you want to be in the middle of things. Be warned that because only 4 resorts and “Sea Gypsy Village” are located in this part of the island, prices at bars, restaurants, and the resorts themselves are inflated. Expect to pay almost double wh...

This place is gorgeous, and very secluded and quiet. Little village about 10-15minute walk has a few fun bars, food, massage, shops. Beautiful infinity pool, and was like our own private resort because apparently, people just kind of stay in their cottages a lot. Did an island-hopping and snorkeling tour, which was fun. Only drawback, they say in their description that...

This almost never happens, but I found the room to be "better" than the pictures. Most of the pictures I've seen of these rooms are dark and yes, the rooms are a bit too dark with dark wood ceiling and dim lights, but I found it to be kind of romantic and the overall appearance to be nicer than what I had seen in the pictures I'd seen from the hotel, and thus better th...
Cheap places to stay in Ko Phi Phi

The value for money is okay since everything is more expensive in Koh Phi Phi. The location is really good (3 minutes walk to the pier). The beds are comfortable and you have a bathroom in your dorm. You get a blanket and a towel. Unfortunately the staff can't speak english.

I've read a lot of varying reviews of this hotel. It's important to keep things in perspective. Koh Phi Phi is a tropical island, therefore there will be cockroaches and mosquitoes. The room was incredibly comfortable: air-conditiong, hot showers, and a quiet neighborhood (all - especially the last - luxuries during high season). The beach is seconds away, and a very s...

The bed there was so nice. The best I ever had while backpacking, a really nice tick blanket and darkness! You would want to stay inn all day long. Location was perfect, nice little garden, everything on walking distance. aircon, clean. shower was nice (but a lot of mosquito friends in the shower). If I go back to Phi Phi I will go back here.

Phi Phi is packed with all kinds of hotels and its hard to find a decent one without there being some kind of issue..... mainly noise. This place is basic, small bed room ( the bathroom was almost bigger) but on Phi Phi you don't tend to spend too much time in your hotel, its basically for sleeping and showering, so this place is perfect for that. Its just a few minute...

The hostel is one room off the Main Street. Two bathrooms which were clean enough. Comfortable bed. Fridge and lockers but didn’t feel very secure as the front door was always unlocked. You have to go to a cafe up the road to check in which is a little confusing at first. For Phi Phi the price was good so good value over all. Great location

Good hostel, on the main road (only road) in phi phi. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach etc. Good locations, some steep steps to get up after a heavy night out but the air con worked well 👌🏽 would reccomend. Only downside was no real communal area, I spent 3 nights there and hardly saw anyone else to talk to!

This was the cheapest place I could find in Phi Phi. It was really nice. One could say that there are too many beds in the room, but the curtains are partitions make it seem less crowded and the way the sunlight drifts in through the windows makes it feel cozy. If you are bothered by music, you probably shouldn't stay at this place. Because at night, the bar next doo...

The rooms are new and very clean, but quite small. There is not much space to put your bags and when you shower the bathroom gets completely wet. If you are looking for a basic and cheap (compared to other Koh Phi Phi prices, which are a lot higher than the rest of Thailand) place which is clean, this is were you should go. If you want a fridge, TV, toiletries, safe...

I booked for 1 night and ended up staying 4. It's a very clean dorm accessible from the street. It's the newest hostel in Phi Phi with it's large beds (larger than others I've seen). I think they made some changes after the previous reviews because the toilets/showers are very new and super clean. Staff cleans the bedroom 2x a day and the toilets at least 3x. Only 14 b...

This place is VERY loud, the party starts early and ends at 2 so if you want a quiet place this is definitely a NO but if you like party then go for it you would love it. The hostel is clean, toiets and bathrooms are clean and much better than most hostels on Phi Phi.

Due to that Koh Phi Phi is mostly about party and the hostel is right in the centrum its not quite at night there is a bar close and you can hear the music clearly in your room. Nothing for light sleepers, so bring ear plugs. Its ok to crash down for a night here. I remind you that they don't have towels or shampoo I don't expect it but have seen better at other hostel...

We booked a room with aircon which is clearly written on the booking. And when we came to checkin, they said that we had to pay additional 150baht for the aircon. Even though it was not a lot of money, we feel a bit cheated. it did not help that the receptionist lady was rude. No customer service really.

Great location, 5 minutes walk to Ko Phi Phi center, but very quiet place. Small but decent breakfast - two toasts with jam and butter, decent coffee and cheap juice. Optionally you can order extra food (i.e. pad thai for 50 THB) as it's a restaurant. The room had enough space with some shelves. Generally it was very clean, however our sheet had some old stains o...

This is by far the cleanest hostel I've been to. As it is brand new, the bathrooms are very, very nice! Fran is really friendly and helpful. Location is great! Do know it is on the Ao Lo Dalum Beach, THE party place on Phi Phi, so it is a bit noisy at night (but it was far less than what I expected). So if you're planning to have a good sleep, dont stay here (but may...

I loved this hotel. The people who work there are friendly! They were at the pier when I got off boat and led me up the hill to the hotel and carried my bag. Super helpful! Hotel is about 15 min walk, not too bad but if you are not into walking in the heat it might not be for you. Huts are cute but made of bamboo so you hear everything from the others staying ther...

Chongkhao is a ten minute walk from the main drag of Koh Phi Phi, which is nice because it is quiet at night, unlike the hotels in the main area. Our room was clean and well-appointed, and we felt it was good value for Koh Phi Phi, where all of the accommodations pricing seems a bit inflated compared to other islands in the area. The breakfast provided is very simple:...

Great little guest house, not far from the party beach but far enough away that you can sleep if you head back early... although you can still hear the party in the distance! It’s a bit of a walk with backpacks when you first arrive, we hadn’t pinned the location so struggled without WiFi and walked around in circles for a bit! It’s a lower to mid range place to stay b...

We arrived to Villa 360 at low tide. They had a pre-arranged long boat waiting for us at the ferry, which was very convenient as we thought we would have to book that on our own. Upon arrival, we were presented cold towels and a fruit drink at check-in. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our villa was absolutely beautiful. It was clean and offered an amazing...
Luxury hotels in Ko Phi Phi

Zeavola was a zen oasis for my wife, 5-year old daughter and me following several days in the more off-the-beaten-path islands further south of Koh Phi Phi. Our experience with Zeavola began with a uniformed representative from the hotel picking us at the Ton Sai ferry dock and escorting us to a long-tail boat which took us up the beautiful western side of the island ...

Viewpoints are a must. Papaya restaurant has the best food and prices, but they don't serve beer. Nightlife is wild on the beach.
Koh Phi Phi is purely for night life and I can´t complain, I had tonnes of fun. There are all sorts of young travellers there from different countries.
Not a large island, no car is allowed not even a mortocycle. Clear water, nice weather. Hotels and resorts are on Koh Phi Phi Don, while Koh Phi Phi Leh is where the famous Maya Bay and other attractions are.
Truly beautiful island but a little bit overcrowded during the peak season and spoiled by tourism. Perfect place for scuba diving.
Excellent place to visit. It should be on your bucket list. It provides one with an unusual experience that is memorable.
The Ibiza of South East Asia. Crazy place but good for a party. Hotels are expensive for this reason and they are poor quality hotels.
secret and quiet bays with turquoise water on the eastern shore, accessable by boats, or adventourous forest trails viewpoint 1 and 2 are reachable by a breath-taking 1-hour walk through the mangrove forest with monkeys, local farms, coconut palm trees, well worth it! don't miss snorkeling at Pileh Lagoon in Phi Phi Lee with private boat in morning time!
Very nice island mostly with young people looking forward to big parties in the night :-) And its very close to Maya Bay - but be carreful, its MUCH better to go there in the morning, not in the afternoon due to ebb :)
I guess it is great for singles who want to get wasted at cheap/bad alcahol and be stupid and loud. But this island is rather waste of money/time for families/couples.
It is a party island. In the evening you can see many young people walking around with small buckets full of alcoholic mix drinks.
We Stayed in 2 different places. First we started more quiet place and when we wanted more life, we moved to central.
Long Beach, Viking Beach, Viewpoint are must-see. The island is touristy even in rainy season. Foods are expensive and tasteless.
Nice tropical setting with lots of stuff to do for 20-somethings that like nightlife, pizza and scuba.
Isolated Island with no road vehicles which makes it perfect for anyone trying to run away from the city life.
Visited Phi Phi many times in the past. Very disappointed now to see shopping malls and many hotels being built.
Easy to reach from Phuket via the ferry which is reasonably priced. I would recommend a two night stay with a full day speed boat trip around the islands again reasonably priced and many tours to choose from.
This s is a n unique place worht visiting. nice calm shallow beach. But this is party place, drinking all night.
Koh Phi Phi is not a very clean island. To me, i prefer Phuket so much more but different people have different view.
Phi Phi island(north) is such good place for relaxation as it is so quiet and beautiful. You can watch the sunrise on sea in the morning.
A few days in Koh Phi Phi is enough. Island hopping is a must for all travellers who visit this island.
If you like quite and relax places stay in the south part of the island. If you are more to party then stay in ao lo da lum which is the central of the island.
Amazing small island quiet nightlife but full of magic fire saws and beach bars and party's every night
If you want to party at night, Koh PhiPhi is one of the best places to spend a few night in. But if you don't want the noise at night and still want to stay in the island, choose some accommodation in Long Beach.
Party island. This the impression I got there. Maybe because we stayed on the party side of the island.
I like this island, but is one bad thing .... Too many tourists. Long beach is only one quiet place on this island.
it is well developed though maybe a bit overly populated but well it is worthy for a trip and can stay longer if you have time to spare and you can enjoy more of water activities.
Fun place. Plenty of beaches, snorkeling, scuba diving, restaurants, shops, and of course wild night life partying.
Phi phi island is not a big so you can walk around the island to look at the beautiful view. If you go there you must go to view point in the high hill.
Very busy, the beach was disappointing, it was extremely busy with young people, the water was dirty with a lot of garbage and sewage.
