the staff where very helpful, taxi was not a problem, room service are easy and food is also great. they make an effort to make your stay comfortable. Though the room is a bit old and needs upgrading.

Sarrosa International Hotel is a nice hotel with comfortable rooms with soft bed and large bathroom. Just didn't enjoy the pool during our stay since it's under renovation, also just want to suggest that hotel should atleast provide a free slippers to their guests as part of their complimentary. Over all we had a good stay in Sarrosa Hotel.
