המלון שוכן כ-5 דקות הליכה מהחוף, מיקום המלון מעולה, החדרים במלון מרווחים ונקיים, בריכה נקיה,צוות המלון מדהים שנותן שירות מדהים , אנשים סובלניים שיעשו הכל בשביל לעזור לך בכל בעיה שיש לך. המלון ממש זול ביחס למה שמקבלים. אל תהססו זה המלון בשבילכם!!!

Very Convenient Hotel Near the Pier

Since our plan arrived CEBU at 5 in the morning, and our destination is Bohol, we decided to find a place which is near the Pier to have a rest, and that was Hotel Pier Cuatro.
The hotel was really convenient which was just five minutes walk to pier 4. It was also easy to find it that most taxi drivers would know it. We checked-in at around 6 am and the stuff was very nice and helpful that they had postponed our check-out time which was really lovely. They had breakfast provided so we could had breakfast before we went to bed.
The room was clean and fine. As we just stayed for a night, we didnt use much facilities of the hotel, but i will say the it would be a good choice for people who just want to find a place to rest and pass by.

It was an overall okay. We had to transfer rooms because of a minor issue with the aircon. The staff were great and corteous. The breakfast is good although they could use a little more varoation to make it perfect.

Value for money. The very friendly helpful Staff members. Cheap taxi ride to Ayala, Sm Malls and the Airport.

As per other reviews, the outside surroundings were perhaps not the best. However there is always a friendly staff member available to quickly arrange a taxi for you. I always felt comfortable there, and the taxis knew where the hotel was. The Staff really are a credit to the Hotel. Only 100 peso to Ayala Mall by taxi. Airport 120 peso by taxi during non busy traffic period. SM Mall walkin distance. Would recommend to anyone. But remember the hotel is a budget hotel. But good value for the price. Would stay again.

The stay at the hotel went without a problem. The location of the hotel is not ideal but it was convenient as it was close to the shopping mall. The staff are friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

I chose this hotel thinking it was near the pier to get to Bohol. In fact, pier 4 only has one ferry to Bohol at 7am. Had I known Pier 1 has multiple ferries I would have stayed elsewhere. The hotel staff are friendly and courteous. That's where the good stuff ends. The room is small and very basic. The bed, pillows and sheets are cheap. The tv didn't work. They claim to have wifi on every floor but it does not extend to the room. You have to go to the lift lobby to get a signal. The hotel is literally in the middle of the slums around the docks and dodgy as hell. Although near to SM Mall (10 blocks away) you run a gauntlet just getting there. Do not venture out around the area at night. If you must leave the hotel then take a taxi.

I like to stay in this hotel in their superior room because it is large enough for 4 people.I just don't like during our first stay the aircon was so noisy seems like need to clean.
