Terrible Room Facilities and Service
None. Room facilities and service was terrible.

Terrible. None of my requests were followed nor satisfied. Room facilities and room service was very bad. Our room stinks, smelled cigar smoke all day even if their building was smoke free. Bed was very small given we're a family of 4. Not recommnended for families with small kids. Not worth it!

All worth it. Staffs are friendly and they will teach you directions if you will ask them. Fast housekeeping. Near to SM and nightlife. Easy access to public transportation.g

It feels safe since it was always guarded by a security guard at the front desk. Within walking distance from SM shopping centre makes it a good choice for shoppers. A 24hr convenience store is located next door for basic needs like snacks and water. Overall basic, cheap and value for money.

A Budget-Friendly, Client-Friendly Hotel

Express Inn surpassed my expectations of a budget hotel. We got there early so our room wasn't available yet, however staff offered to put us in one of the available rooms first to rest then transferred us to our room by lunch time. Hotel is walking distance from SM, and a jeepney ride away from everything. You can ask he receptionist for the jeep routes to take to get to your desired location.
