cheap hotel but the service is not really good

I stayed at 3 nights in this hotel, but only 1 day our room was cleaned. they didnt change the sheet and the blanket. the blanket is the same with the sheet. the lamp in the room is very gloomy. the room is very small. about 25 minutes to food area. if i come again to cebu, i will not stay in this hotel

located near the business center, friendly staff, and has spacious room.

Im quite satisfied, but i highly recommend that a Wifi must be put in place in all floors of the hotel.

its my 3rd time in this hotel...rooms are just okay and the amenities were just fine...considering that this is a super budget hotel...you just get what you paid for...rooms are clean..staff were helpful....

this is my fourth time in this hotel...price is really a plus on this hotel because they are really super low....the only frustration you will get is that you can't access wifi in your room....

This hotel is convenient if you want to be at the hearth of Cebu but if you travel there is no safety box even in the desk the down floors are near to a destroy house and any body can break your window to access at your room ,hotel noisy and just really basic ok if you don't need some commodity i'm not going to book it again for sure

broken bed anbd full of ants!

There are four of us in the group, an American Couple and another lady and me. The couple complained about the many ants in their room. I told the reception about it and they promised to clean up their room. My bed in room 305 is broken in one of it's corners. The piece of very thin, cheap plywood I guess, could not support my with when I climbed up that side of the bed. I tried to fixed it and I did, but the next day is the same. The staff in the kitchen has to be trained more especially when they serve, since an order of the husband of the couple I mentioned earlier was supposed to be rice, but received a toasted bread instead.

stayed for a couple days - rooms were small, clean, and basic. no hot water, but it wasnt really that cold anyway. staff were polite and helpful. mango area was nearby to walk to and if you're looking for a safe, clean hotel for a cheap short stay, you can't beat this in cebu downtown area.
